HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

  2. Choose your size (refer to our size chart).

  3. Click ‘Add to Cart’.

  4. Once done, head to your cart and click ‘Checkout’.

  5. Log in or continue as a guest.

  6. Confirm your shipping and payment details, and click ‘Place Order’.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS PLACED?

You will receive a confirmation email with your order ID. Once shipped, another email will follow with your tracking details.

IS IT SAFE TO PAY ONLINE?

Absolutely. All transactions made via debit card, credit card, or net banking are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. Your data is safe with us.

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

  • Varies by destination. Please refer to the product page or contact us for specific details.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

  • Exchange is available only if the product is damaged upon delivery, reported within 24 hours.

  • We recommend placing a new order after returning the defective item.

Note: Shipping for exchanges will not be covered by diversifiedsociety.com.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Refunds are only issued for defective products.
For any dissatisfaction not related to a defect, we offer a credit note valid for 6 months.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

  • Prepaid Orders: Cannot be canceled after confirmation.

  • COD Orders: Can be canceled if not yet shipped. Contact us directly for assistance.
